ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

BPS has the BIM capabilities and roles in its team necessary for the complete development of an architectural project under BIM methodology. The design of the architectural model is a key step to incorporate the information into an intelligent database from which properties, quantities, costs, scheduling, etc. can be extracted. We generate the model in such a way that the levels of development and information are appropriate to each phase from the preliminary project, through coordination to As-built delivery. We generate the model with interoperability criteria and international quality standards appropriate to the collaborative environment that the BIM methodology requires.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN

BPS can generate an efficient and compliant structural project through a BIM model. This BIM model of the structural system will be coordinated with the architectural design in the design phase and with the other disciplines prior to generating the final documentation for the construction phase. The information in the model will conform to the necessary interoperability criteria of the BIM methodology.
